Pure raw, unheated, unfiltered honey which has been harvested and cold strained. Produced with ethical beekeeping standards by a local beekeeper in Rosebank. Comes in glass bottles that are returnable for deposit.

From Nick: " I always practice ethical beekeeping. My hives are on

permanent sites i.e. I don’t move them and they are positioned in ideal

circumstances away from agricultural pesticides, in partial shade, near a water

source and in badger areas on raised stands. I also don’t feed my bees and I

manage them gently and appropriately ensuring that they have sufficient

stores to over winter and sufficient space in season. Ventilation is also very

important, and I use appropriate floors with wide entrances as well as

ventilation holes in the lids of hives."
